Every case of usage outside of the specific teaching and examination scenarios (e.g. uploading to platforms, publication in scripts, passing on to other students or third parties – in print, digitally, or orally) is prohibited and punishable by law. Furthermore, such behavior may lead to claims for injunctive relief.
